About Us

Established during 2020 and located in the picturesque Oxfordshire town of Henley-on-Thames, My Sports Pro (MSP) proudly provides all tennis coaching and provision at Henley Tennis Club and within the local community.
Led by Director and Head Coach Tom Scott, a Level 4 LTA Accredited+ coach, MSP delivers exceptional tennis programmes tailored to players of all ages and abilities—from grassroots beginners to adults competing at a national level. With over 20 years of experience, Tom has been mentored by some of the country’s leading coaches and has trained at top academies across Europe, including the renowned Sanchez-Casal Academy in Barcelona. He has also developed tennis programmes in both Dubai and the UK.
During his time at Henley Tennis Club, Tom has achieved significant milestones, including being named Oxfordshire LTA Development Coach of the Year in 2022. Under his leadership, Henley Tennis Club was recognised as the Oxfordshire LTA Club of the Year in 2024, and its schools programme won the Oxfordshire LTA Competition of the Year award in the same year.
MSP is dedicated to developing tennis not only at the club but throughout the community. Our coaching philosophy centres on developing the athlete before the player, ensuring every session is fun, engaging, and focused on building a strong foundation of skills to empower participants in competitive environments.
MSP runs exciting programmes for children as young as two, in partnership with the new LTA Youth initiative, as well as tailored sessions for adults, ranging from beginners and intermediates to advanced team players.
